"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. " If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

"The town was very quiet which made this stay one we would have shortened, however a day trip to Annecy made staying here worth it. This property is more like an up-scale dorm room and I’m certain it’s great for a skiing crash pad. "

"Nice apartment, need a mirror in the bedroom and two chairs at the table. I wanted breakfast on Monday morning, got back late Saturday, reception was closed and not open all day Sunday so had a croissant at the supermarket at 12:00 pm 🙁🙁"

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Chalets de Joy this year. The property is new, immaculately clean and spacious apartments. We love that the residence has the facilities of a modern alpine hotel, with the space and convenience of your own apartment. For winter ski lift access however, it is a 5 minute walk down a relatively steep hill with your ski equipment. We decided to drive down to the gondola instead, which was a little disappointing as we were not expecting this. "

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. All the basics were there but we would not recommend the kitchen for any serious cooking (Microwave/Combination oven and a small hob). The Wifi was absolutely...

"The apartment and the service were great. We left after 3 days and returned for 3 more nights. The only concern we have is a security issue. The main door is accessed by a code that remains the same and there is no option to lock the door from the inside. We had an incident were 3 individuals have entered the apartment unauthorized. We have talked to the manager regarding this and he said that they will change the mechanism. If they will fix this security concern we will highly recommend this...

"Oh my, where to begin. Ruby Claire is an absolute gem. I would like to give a shout out to Nicolas who handled the smooth check-in and processed our free Geneva transport cards. Yes, you read it right, free ride in public transportation within Geneva. Bus 10 Mollard stop was very convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. More importantly, this is also a bus to the airport. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping (high end) and dining center. Nearby is a McDonald’s and Coop City which is a complete retail store and not just for groceries. Also walkable from the hotel is the Jet D Eau and the flower clock. The room we were in was an upgrade, and it was beautiful. Bed was super comfy and the rainfall shower was a marvel. In addition, there is a galley on every floor where an assortment of teas and coffee are available for the guests at any time. The hotel sent an email prior to our arrival in regards to their location and the check in process. Hotel key is required in the elevator to access the room and the hotel entrance door after certain hour after midnight to get inside the hotel which I loved for the hotel staff and guests security. The hotel entrance door is locked so if one has to leave the hotel during this particular time , there is an exit button to the left of the glass doors. Checking out is also easy - drop your keys at the drop boxes provided in the elevators. Definitely, I shall return to Ruby Claire on my next trip to Geneva if they’ll have me."
