"Definitely a quirky property, with comfortable rooms and excellent staff. The food offering was very limited, but I actually appreciated the simple healthy choices on offer. I would have preferred to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. The communal “galley” area on each floor with its boiling hot water tap didn’t work for me as a concept. I would have also preferred a higher bed and thicker mattress, but the use of a ribbon to stop the duvet moving about too much at night was inspiring. "

"Our favorite thing was proximity to the train and bus (literally right across 2-3 min walk) and yet the apartment was comfortable and quiet. We didn’t hear the train or traffic from the room!! I appreciated that rooms were free of smoke odors given lots of people smoke in public places in the city. I loved how close this hotel is to eating spots, Migros grocery store for breakfast and snacks. It is in the Geneva downtown area. Only con- I wished for cooler air conditioning but it seems having none is common in Switzerland. The room was a bit small but very clean. Suited our needs for exploring the city and just coming back to rest at night. Staff was friendly. 10/10 would visit again!! "

"Amazing time in Annecy. Resort location is perfect and hotel service is first class. Had an amazing time with my family. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. We went as part of a family event. There were maybe 30 of us. Was a great experience all round "

"We had a wonderful stay at Le Pelican. A short walk from the old town, it was a modern take minutes from the lake. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely lake view. The staff was incredibly attentive. The hotel breakfast was a 10/10, would highly recommend. If staying in Annecy and want to avoid the Old Town buzz, Le Pelican is your place to go! "
