"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. "A sweet, cozy condo with a spacious common room, kitchen and plenty of sleeping areas for our family of 6. Our teen loved the 3rd floor and the beda for all were comfortable. The nights were quiet for sleeping and the condo a perfect location for walking the shops and acquiring the train. A great spot!"

"This was a great property in every respect, except that we were boneheads and didn't realize that if you're going to go to Quebec in the winter, you should really just have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or stay in a hotel. "To put it simple, this is the best place I’ve ever rented. You have good selection of entertainment from card games to the pool table. The place can easily accommodate a large group and on top of that, it’s clean and well-maintained. The communication with the owner was fluid and instructions were crystal clear. I would most definitely rent this place again and if you haven’t yet, it’s worth every penny. :)"
