"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. "The kitchen is spacious and fairly user friendly, the dining room a highlight if you have a larger group/family. villa Dante was perfect for the holidays with our extended family that live in Montreal. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens and towels are fresh and clean and we were so glad for the washer and dryer. As it was winter, we didn't use the outdoor space but look forward to that when we return in June. Thank you to Louise-Phillipe and his whole team for a great stay."

"This was a great property in every respect, except that we were boneheads and didn't realize that if you're going to go to Quebec in the winter, you should really just have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or stay in a hotel. The driveway was a little long and not flat, so the property wasn't the best fit for us, because - surprise, surprise - it snowed. "Annonce inexact une salle de bain avec baignoire simple pas de remous,pièce d eau en sous sol avec lingerie et un wc donc ni deux salles de bain et même pas une et demi ,literie chambre devant côté route bruyante , pas de cour accessible car non entrenue,plaque de cuisson cassée,contrainte locatif annoncé quelques heures avant l arrivée interdiction de parler aux voisins (bizarre) nous louons régulièrement et jamais nous n avons vu une location aussi mauvaise ,dialogue avec hôte très compliqué "
