"Check in was easy on a busy day. Parking garage access through the valet right off the main road. Valet is included with overnight parking fee, unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for the stay. The only downside was you could hear a lot of the street noise and hallway...

"The hotel and room were amazing, we were totally impressed with the room. We had a few exceptions though. In the restaurant for breakfast, the first coffee brought was cold. The shower was an adventure. You would set the water to the temperature you wanted and then after a while, it went to scalding hot, then to total cold, then back to the original setting. "The property was as advertized. It was very spacious and with many rooms to accommodate our family. Our host was very informative, and prompt to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was filled with pots, pans and utensils for all our cooking needs.The main family rooms had plenty of updated seating where we played many games and enjoyed the billiards table, which i would consider an upgrade or repairs.
