"This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). "Checking in was OK but as soon as we asked for a kettle for the evening we were told no way but before eleven we can give you hot water eventually no upgrading nor a drink welcomd as in other hôtels for my gold VIP status at expedia (in Napoleon a half bottle of champagne was waiting for us but ...) the water received was for less than a cup for 3 persons In the morning the breakfast was poor and non appealling and they did not enjoy the fact that we went elswhere for the breakfast on...

"I stayed in Jan and we had lot of snow - probably ~60cm everywhere which was not cleaned so it was very difficult to park on the street. In this hotel I felt isolated from the town centre and cafes and shops. The hotel is very basic and my double room was tiny, too small even for a single occupant. The hot water ran out first day we came back from skiing and I had to take a cold shower after spending the whole day on snow. If I go again to Saint Gervais, which is really beautiful and charming...

"This was our third stay in this area, and the best apartment we have visited. Even better views and space than the photos suggest. A very easy walk to town, even with a toddler. Great customer service and consideration for our needs from proprietor and housekeeper. The blackout blinds over all windows were great to stop our 3yo get to my up at the crack of the dawn, and the giant windows and balconies perfect for enjoying the views from bed / at the dining table/ outside… Fully recommend!"
