"Once an elegant property, is now very tired and dated. Its badged up as BW on the marketing material, however there is no sign of BW on the entrance, nor is it up to BW normal standards. The property is in need of immediate upgrading. Now the positives: The staff were all amazing and could not do enough. The pool is excellent.
