An unexpected extra is a large wilderness park right beside the property which has an extensive set of walking trails. There is also a wonderful outdoor oven. The pool is very well kept. "My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The house is in a good location, there are three supermarkets within walking distance and the beach is only a short drive away. "This is a beautiful, fully-equipped property with a wonderful location just a block from the beach and with easy access to the center of the city. Mickael, the on-site property manager, was very responsive and helpful. The house is exactly as described in the posting and we had use of bicycles, beach equipment, and many other amenities. "The fireplace could not be used. The filtration of the swimming pool was only on in the morning. Therefore it was not Cleary clean. At the end of our holiday the technician made the swimming pool clean, and de filtration on going. This was late, we liked to have a clean swimming pool in the earlier days of our holiday.
