"I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.) They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD (They didn't feel the need to contact me about a prepaid room to say that they are going to leave, so there will be nobody in the building. There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay.
