"The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events. "Maddie (the owner)was there if required and very helpful. Well equipped and quiet place to stay. If you have children there is a vast amount od toys and a toy shed. There are chickens at the end of the garden and love to be fed any scraps you have left. The garden is well kept and very pleasant. I give it 5 stars."

"We had a spacious, well presented and clean gîte. The home is tastefully decorated, lots of interesting decor! The kitchen was incredibly usable for making full meals or sides to accompany grilled meats - we did leave BBQ tools for other guests to take advantage of! "We spent a good week at Les 3 Vaches. It is compact living but with different items to spot where ever you look! (open the dresser draws and find the TV!). The Gite is well set in the Normandy country side with good access to local shopping, eating and a large variety of different places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave lots of ideas for visits (country side, walks, Castles, animal parks etc.). We were not able to 'do' everything we wished to see!
