"Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel, vor allem wenn draußen keine Sonne schien. Die Küchenzeile hatte zu wenig Licht - kein Licht über der Spüle unde der Küchenplatte. Die Terrasse war zwar riesig, aber praktisch unbenutzbar, denn es gab keinerlei Balkonmöbel, nichts: keine Stühle, keinen Tisch, keinen Sonnenschirm.
