"Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurant "

"As we wanted to stay in the country side and near the hot spring there was no much choices around. Pictures of the place looked nice so we go for it.... We have paid 6,000 Baht ~ 180US$ for "family house" that have 2 bedrooms. The place is in "nowhere" and have no view to the area. Located inside the family owner fruit "farm". When we called to make booking they say they have no place and the only choice is the expensive family unit. Upon arrival - we are the ONLY guests and the cheap...

"Great customer service from start to finish. The other reviews make this place sound terrible, but it really isn't. The facilities are basic, but you're not paying for luxury so what do you expect? The pictures do oversell it, and I would recommend you have transportation if you come here as quite secluded and you'll want to be able to get around to see the sights. However the hotel itself is fine - you get what you pay for. Breakfast in bed is an added bonus too. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel but the place is quite run down and old. There are a lot of activities available and felt like a school camp with a lot of things to do and a lot of space. It is located on the river so water sports are available. Pool is big, the grounds are very large and peaceful. The rooms however are a little run down, the property needs an overhaul. All in all nothing special, nothing fancy but adequate."

"The resort is really beautiful, the gardens around it amazing and really well kept and the staff is super lovely. There are two beautiful pool areas and the bungalows are amazing, clean, spacious and well equipped. Be aware that the resort is very remote, so if you don't have your own mode of transport, you rely on the tours that the hotel offers and obviously the prices are a little higher with no competition.
