"I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean and stocked the rooms were. Though something in the hallways smelled pretty musty. I didn't like how the elevator was not in use and I had to walk up and down the stairs as I suffer with neuropathy, but I was forwarded that it was the case. I really didn't like that the Jacuzzi was drained and the pool was dirty. I specifically chose a place with a pool and a Jacuzzi to relax after a long day of shopping and I didn't get that. "We booked our stay through Hotels.com and they messed it up. Amanda the GM was amazing!! She did her best to fix the problem. Going forward we will be booking through the hotel instead of Hotels.com. The room was amazing and the jetted tub was just what we needed after a long day of shopping and site seeing.
