"Night staff was friendly. Parking spots could be a little wider and the parking lot could use some resurfacing. Other then that we had a pleasant stay."

"We got there late, a late check-in. Just the person checking us in was there no one to help with our bags up to the third floor. I was called that morning and told the elevator was out, but there would be plenty of guys to help. It was myself 73 year-old female and my daughter and her two young girls seven and nine. It wasn’t great trying to get up all those stairs. I understand the elevator was out, but in that case, you need to have at least one guy on duty to help with bags at all times."

"For the most part this was an ok place to stay. What was wrong was the rude gentleman in the office that I asked to replace the coffee pot in the room because it had a lot of mold growing in it. I would post a pic if I could. It was disgusting and a health hazard. Also the hair dryer did not work. They came into the room while we were gone to empty the garbage but did nothing with the coffee pot or hair dryer. When I left to go home, I pulled the pot out of the coffee maker and left it on the...

"The stay was wonderful. We had our grandchildren with us and one of them got sick. I went downstairs to ask for new linens and sheets and they were gracious and they gave me all fresh linen and they helped me clean up the mess. They were great. I think."
