"My husband and I and another couple decided to take a short trip from Buffalo New York to Cleveland for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The apartment was in a perfect location, short drive to everything in the bitter cold. It was a very fun weekend, plenty of space. We went to West side market and bought some wonderful meat and fresh vegetables,and cooked in one night a itenjoyed ourselves."

"The location is great. The condo is large with really nice, up to date kitchen and bath. The manager was very reponsive. The things I wished I knew check in (getting keys, fobs, QR codes, parking hang tag) is a process. Be patient and build in time to go through the steps. Once you figure it out it was not a huge deal...and we always felt safe and secure. Not many amenties,,,so when in doubt, bring it with you or plan to buy it. Including a plunger!"

"There was no access to a lock box to get the key. Property owners phone goes straight to voicemail. Tenants in the building informed me the apartment was currently locked by the police because they renter was being evicted. Complete scam! Stay away!"
