"Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station."

"Large Room with a balcony. Apartment style rooms with kitchen/laundry appliances available. Only stayed for 1 night, very spacious room. Self Check can be tricky, check your email the day before check in for instructions. Check in tablet has very small button for changing language, lucky another guest helped us check in. "

"Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed. "I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. "We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "My experience at this hotel was a pleasant one. We walked from the Shin station. We arrived early and they happily checked our bags in while we went to Team Lab for entertainment. They helped arrange a Taxi to Team Labs for us. When we arrived back to the hotel, the check process was easy, even though I do not speak Japanese. They were very friendly and spoke English. The room was really clean and had pajamas and slippers for all 3 of us. I really liked their soaking tub and rose bath salts. "

Good and Convenience

"Close to Hakata Station, just 5 to 10 minutes straight walk. Room was clean and specious, had washing machine, microwave, fridge, induction cooker. It's convenience for those who stay for longer period. The hotel won't provide daily clean up services if you're staying less than 6 nights. Staffs were helpful and polite, most of them can speak good English."

"The property is attached to a mall which caters for tax free shopping which is great. Also those who are card collectors there was a shop a few hundred meters on the river from the hotel. There is a water show each day the doesn’t finish until 10pm so it not a place to stay if you want quiet."
