"Good size great for big families. Missing some kitchen items like a griddle and some new pots and pans and utensils . Also those pillows and beds are not comfortable. Should have had thicker quilts due to cold weather. Besides all the negative things we made it work."

The location was wonderful with a great view of the water, and in close proximity to both Rockwall and Rowlett. Property was very spacious and the decor was very nice. "We had everything we needed for our stay in Dallas. The house was comfortable and well-kept. The backyard was well-lit, warm, and relaxed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cool weather at night. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Great host!"
