"Great value, very nice room and room service, handy location, although would be good if you could rent a motorbike. Air conditioning in room was great, though the rest of the hotel is very hot but not a big deal given they are obviously saving energy."

Amazing Stay in Khao Lak

"An amazing stay in the Adults Only Villa. The service was second to none, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bed is huge and very comfortable. We will certainly stay here again and will be back. The staff are all amazing. There are too many to mention, but a special thanks to Tom, Jerry and Nescafe. Always polite, friendly and smiling. "

"Arrival to the hotel was greeted by staff with a welcome drink. Checkin was smooth and slick, rooms are large and provide all simple amenities(kettle / tea coffee /fridge / water (paid mini bar if you would like) shower gels/soaps etc even a beach towel). Breakfast really nice, we actually enjoyed all the local dishes. Beer at the hotel is slightly over priced compared to outside the hotel grounds. (Almost double) we didn’t eat any other meal than breakfast so cannot comment on this. Staff super friendly like all of Thailand :-). "

"This was our second visit to X10, after our first in 2019. With two young children, X10 is perfect with the pools, beach and activities on offer. The location is excellent, easily walkable to restaurants and shops on the main road. Good selection at breakfast, though the quality of evening meals at local restaurants I think is higher. Having ready access to the beach is also very handy as the walks along the coast are exceptional. We found the cleanliness of the room to be excellent and refreshed since our last visit. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - in this regard, Thailand never fails to deliver. A fantastic trip, thank you X10 for making it so memorable !!"
