"We were blown away by SALA, the property is exceptional and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The restaurant offering is outstanding in both Thai and Western cuisines and the Spa was also very good. The Mai Khao area is much quieter than other areas on Phuket but has a nice feel to it and suited us (family with a 3 year old) perfectly. Would highly recommend and will definitely return at some stage. Only downsides to the stay was the beach was closed for swimming due to rough waves and there was quite a lot of rubbish washed in from the surf (both outside the resorts control)"
