"Perfect location for easy (ski in/out) access to Rusutsu ski area. Large range of restaurants to choose from as well as easy access to Westin via monorail. Belle Vue steak and seafood restaurant a standout for something a bit more special - higher end but definitely worth it. Rooms large and easily accommodating 4 in single beds. Novelty factor for younger kids with games area, a free Carousel and other entertainment. "

"Loved the 4 night stay here. The location across the street from the Hanazono lifts is perfect. The breakfast buffet was great but a bit expensive. The room was good soft pillows and two large double beds pushed together. I used the Onsen 3 times and it was nice after a long day skiing. The front desk was super helpful in shipping luggage to Sapporo. "

"Fantastic location. Clean and well appointed. Everything I needed and nothing more. Just a few minor gripes, which are feedback for the hosts who were great: Most of the doors are too low, everyone bumps their head at least once. No secure lockers. Communal areas could benefit from more seating, which would encourage people to hang out. The kitchen (if you can call it that) could be improved. No need for any cooking equipment, but better / more seats and tables, would make the place much nicer. And the pillows are too thin! I hope this place doesn't become too popular, or it'll sell out and I won't be able to come back!"

"One of the best valued Hotel I stayed in, and will definitely recommend to people who are on budget Location: nearest to Hirafu and near to 7-11 walking distance Parking: Free upon request Lounge: Cozy and comfortable Room: Clean, plenty of USB ports for your charging needs, a big fridge which is a plus. you can buy food stuffs and chuck them all in. Pantry: Microwave, utensils, saucepans, pots, induction cooker provided free to use. Bed: very comfortable and nice to sleep on Duvet: warm and soft Pillow: extremely comfortable which I like to specifically mention it. Toilet: separated from bathroom, which is great for higher utilization Heating: adjustable heater to suit your comfort and you can place your wet ski wear on it to dry Wardrobe: very well design, seperate compartments for shoes and jackets. Others: a room where you can place all your ski equipments."

"The service provided by the staffs are exceptional. We booked a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and the beds were prepared by the hotel staffs. The room feels a bit old but very comfy and clean. Both buffet dinner and breakfast were included and not to mention the great onsen. The view from the outdoor onsen on level B2 after snow completely fullfilled your expectations. We will definitely return to this venue in future."

"The room was beautiful, the onsen tubs were gorgeous and there were so many options for tubs. The dinner buffet was the best I've had at a hotel. My only disappoinment was trying to buy gifts from the shop onsite. I didn't realize they close at 11am. So with my hands full of items, they informed me the shop was closing. They did not offer to check me out or direct me to a register, just out of the shop. So I put all my items away and walked out, but I really wanted those items!"
