It was perfect for what we needed and a short distance to the campus.The detailed instructions and recommendations were much appreciated. There was nothing that we needed for while there. "Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay...
