"Outstanding service and attention to detail. The staff were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The only black mark was a washroom that was cooler than the rest of the room. It made the first few minutes out of the shower uncomfortable. As a sort of consolation, the bathroom featured a heated towel rack. "Excellent location when visiting Christmas markets in Cologne! Staff was nice and spoke in English. The room was comfortable and the heat worked well. A little dated with the furniture but everything else was well worth staying there. We did not opt for breakfast as there are plenty of nearby options at reasonable prices. Enjoy. "

"15 mins. walk from Düsseldorf Hbf but 10 mins. walk from Alstadt. Few restaurants available around the hotel, so you'd better go to Alstadt. Only negative point was that desk light was broken and I asked receptionist to change light bulb, which has never occurred during my stay."

"This was a great hotel. Came in on the train. It was a short walk away and had a Christmas market directly outside. Very centrally located to many good restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again"
