"When we arrived at the hotel, we were initially advised that the rooms we had booked were not available which was rather alarming but we spoke with Murat, the guest relations manager and he was brilliant! He explained that our rooms were still being cleaned but would be available shortly. We had a drink at the bar and then Murat showed us to our rooms and offered us complementary parking as an apology for the miscommunication. The rooms were absolutely lovely and had enormous beds! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with so much choice."

"Nice, clean and tidy hotel, the only issues being the queue for breakfast. There are notices saying queues likely (I think this is due to there not being enough tables for the amount of guests at the hotel.) I personally did not want to queue, so skipped breakfast"
