"Tres bon hotel qui mériterait une note de 5/5 mais le personnel a clairement besoin de formation et de perfectionnement. J'ai attendu plus de 30mn avant davoor mes clés alors qu'il n'y avait que 44 personnes devant moi. Ils m'ont fait payé 2 fois. Le lendemain je n'ai pas pu avoir ma facture. Ça avait l'air trop compliqué "

The owners were very prescriptive of how to tidy the flat etc. Perhaps they shouldn't rent on Hotels.com since this wasn't a hotel in any shape or form. It was disappointing that the accomodation wasn't physically in the main Residence, just a small lockoff on the side of the residence"
