"This is a clean, comfortable and well-appointed rental. The manager was cordial and attentive. The only downside was that there was significant traffic noise that rose well above the ability of the provided white noise generator to cover it. If you are accustomed to urban traffic noise it should not be a problem. The sheets were strongly scented from washing which might be an issue for some."

"This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. "The outside of the building is a bit shabby but the inside is beautifully renovated. We stayed in a king bed studio but there are 2 other two bedroom apartments for rent in the same building. Quiet street. Easy walk to restaurants on Main Street. Added feature is the deck which faces west over the river - beautiful sunsets."
