Our room had bed bugs, when we woke up with bites(which im allergic to) we went to the front desk and told them. The man behind the counter didn't even seem surprised. He just asked 'well what do you want to do'. I was appalled! We checked out immediately. Not to mention the blinds and shower were both broken

The traffic noise, specifically the non-stop truck traffic on the PA Turnpike, made it nearly impossible to sleep. Last time I will stay here.

Likes: 1. Warm greeting by staff consistently 2. Nice variety of full breakfast choices 3. Nearby stores and restaurants Dislikes: 1. Noisy (can hear vehicles passing on the highway throughout the entire stay 2. Guests were loud and obnoxious (music blasting loud after 1:00AM 3. Strong smell of marijuana in the lobby 4. Place was dirty and not clean as it should be and room service never cleaned the room every other day as required. In fact they NEVER. Leaned the room at all for the entire stay! 5. Hazardous rug at check out counter that needs to be fixed before someone gets seriously injured and then have to sue the hotel 6. Front door for Hotel entrance does not close and it was very cold around this time of year I might add.

The room was nice and comfortable. Check in went well and the staff was very nice. My problem was with breakfast. We arrived midway through the time allotted for breakfast and we were left with very few options. Potatoes were empty as were the sausage. Very few scrambled eggs. They only had one waffle maker so I had to wait for that. It takes 2 1/2 min for each waffle so you might have to wait a while. Finally got the waffle and no forks were in the silverware bins. Only knives. And for the coffee, they were out of light. But they at least had bold. I usually have good stays at the Hampton Inn, not this time.
