Villa features 4 generous size bedrooms with two of them having direct access to the separate bathrooms (think of it like two separate master suites). Open concept indoor common area with separate dining table and island entertaining space. TVs in multiple rooms with Netflix and Peacock included. Big slider doors open up to fabulous spacious outdoor area with outdoor kitchen and separate eating as well as chill-out area. Relax in heated SALT pool and tan on a generous size patio. Want to cool-off? Shower outside and relax on a daybed. Coming with Kids? Pool toys as well as air hockey table for entertainment. Coming with boat or renting one? Maybe you are a fishing enthusiast? Enjoy private boat deck to secure your boat or fish from it. For those arriving with electric vehicles, we have a 40AMP EV charging station in the garage. Everything was wonderful – every extra that we could possibly need was provided, space was beautiful, beds were very comfortable! We definitely enjoyed the outdoor area! Lucas was great and answered all our questions quickly! Amazing stay!!

Great Place To Stay in Cape Coral

Had a very nice stay in Cape Coral in early December. House was up to date, clean and well furnished. Stayed at another Cape Coral house in 2021, this latest house was much nicer. Particularly enjoyed the nicely heated pool and the large poolside grill that was perfect for family and visiting friends who were staying elsewhere. Definitely would book again. .

We have stayed at this property in the past and it never disappoints! Lucas is very attentive and communicates throughout your stay. The neighborhood is very nice and a great place to walk. The house is spacious, clean and very welcoming. The heated pool and lani are very relaxing. We look forward to returning again next year!

Very nice house

This house is very nice and it has everything you need in a vacation home. We booked very short notice (less than 24 hours) and everything still went super smooth. The communication with the owner was always very quick and helpful.

Couldn't ask for anything more. Upon arrival the home was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with necessities to get you started. The location was great. Communication with host ways great, always helpful and quick with a response to any question you may have. I would recommend 100% and definitely would book in the future.

This was by far the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in. The pool and outdoor space was awesome! The kiddos caught a lot of fish off of the dock! Highly recommend!

Beautiful House!

The house was exactly as in the pictures, very clean and modern. We spent 2 weeks in this great house. Our host, Lucas was very helpful and easy to contact if we ran into any problems or if the house was missing something, it has everything you need. Not to mention the location is close to the grocery and many great restaurants. Definitely will consider staying here again!

Great Property, fantastic host

We have vacationed in Cape Coral on a number of occasions, this is the BEST property we have stayed in thus far. Lovely roomy house with great facilities; kitchen well equipped and clean, accommodation comfortable clean and inviting, pool and outside area super well equipped as was the outside kitchen. Overall a great property that gave us a super vacation. Hoping to go back again in the coming year!!

Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home in a great location

I must say we were all very pleased with our accommodation, just as described in the listing, the house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool and large patio fully screened in was perfect. Sunrise over the pool area was beautiful and having late afternoon shade on the pool area made for a very comfortable all day destination. Outdoor grill and dining area are awesome. Close to stores, restaurants and beach. Would rent this again when in the area.
