"The hotel is excellent but it needs to be renovated soon"

"The couch, carpet and chair in the lounge were filthy. The place also smelled like it was standing closed for months. We kept the door open constantly for fresh air. The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso cup on the counter when we arrived. Some towels had holes from old age. Only 2 teaspoons in the drawer, and when you needed a normal glass, you had to get one from the bed- or bathroom. The bar is...

"We had a great 2 night stay at Sabona Wildlife Reserve. Especially our game tour guide Nicole gave us three fantastic game drives. She was able to answer any question re. the animals and the plants in the park. Luckely we saw the BIG FIVE. The rooms had comfortable beds, a large balcony with perfect wievs of the surrounding area. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant offered a perfect breakfast and the dinner on the first evening had a good choice of meals. 2.nd evening...

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (coffee machine, plates, silverware, glasses, washing machine, etc.) The area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at night. The property grounds were beautiful and the canal was lovely. The staff was fantastic and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely stay here again!
