"The couch, carpet and chair in the lounge were filthy. The place also smelled like it was standing closed for months. We kept the door open constantly for fresh air. The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso cup on the counter when we arrived. Only thing I would say is that I booked the pay at property option and around a week before we were due to stay I was contacted by the property for payment? Not sure why this happened and took a little digging to make sure we weren’t being scammed, had to pay otherwise it would have been cancelled"
