"The service was amazing, the complimentary room upgrade and drink was a lovely surprise for our anniversary and we are very grateful! We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back. Only one negative was we found a sealed new packet of cigarettes in the bed side table and there was a beer bottle on the balcony with cigarette buts in but other than that everything was clean and tidy."

"The cleanliness of the hotel is great, I definitely couldn't fault it for that. The decor is also very appealing, very modern, with clean and sleek lines. The location is great, right next to the train station and opposite a well stocked Co-op. The negatives that we experienced were as follows; we had to wait more than an hour to get access to our room (for which the hotel did give us a free drink voucher), but after a long drive we really just wanted to relax in our room. "Excellent staff. Beautiful room and hotel. Fitness center. Nice kitchen facilities in room well placed so didn’t feel like kitchen was in room— really well designed. Great bar and restaurant area. "Great location! About a 5-10 minute walk to everything in Cambridge. The biggest pain is how bad the traffic is getting to the hotel and really only having the option for valet parking. But it was a wonderful stay. The staff was top notch as were all the facilities. Another guest had room service and left their tray in the hall for what seemed like a very long time. But other wise it was great!"

"Luca the manager and all front desk staff were excellent, really helpful and welcoming. The late night bar staff were difficult to find and perhaps need more training. My husband asked for a glass of Gavi (white wine which we had had in the restaurant) the member of staff didn’t know what it was and pointed to the spirits and the champagne questioningly. "Second time staying here. Good value for money, aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Beds and pillows comfortable, nice and warm in the rooms and hotel itself Rooms could do with a freshen up with paint and small maintenance to windows and walls. Remote control filthy, batteries flat. Tea and coffee facility which is good. Shower pressure average but overall good value, fairly clean, good breakfast variety Would definitely come back "

"A lovely convenient place to stay, but be prepared to open doors yourself while managing luggage. Great restaurants, but wait staff need a bit more training. (Knowledge of menu etc., and time management. Still my top choice of hotels for proximity and cleanliness! "

"The property was clean and sizeable, which was as great for 5x adults looking to have individual rooms. The property was central - 10 minute walk to pubs and 20 minutes to the main bury st Edmund’s streets. Would recommend"

"Amazing what you can fit into a small space! Microwave and toaster are good for basic self catering, though we were glad that we had brought containers to cook in and our normal camping plates and cutlery. Location is very good, quiet and private, but with plenty to explore in the nearby area."

"Pretty much perfection for an overnight stay. Easy check in with a wonderful executive room which provided more than enough space to do some admin work. The lady on reception opened up the gym area for me to work out and the staff could not be nicer. To get cleaned up, there was an amazing power shower. The large comfy bed afforded a great night's sleep and this was compounded by a fantastic breakfast, made to order, which arrived in double quick time but everything was cooked perfectly and got the day off to the best start. They also provide free EV charging for hotel guests."

Relax, refresh and enjoy the restaurant

"We went to have some relaxation and refreshments between Christmas and the New Year. Our time at All Saints Hotel did just that. All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived when we had been offered an early arrival. This was immediately resolved by giving us an upgrade to another room."
