"Arrived at the hotel to find we couldn't get in. No instructions emailed to us. Went online and found previous reviews and comments that said to go to no.92 to get code to unlock door. "We had a wonderful stay at Nhow. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel and bar had a vibrant atmosphere, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The sauna was a highlight of our visit—be sure to reserve a slot at reception to enjoy it. The only drawback was the beds, as the mattresses were sensitive to movement, which disrupted our sleep at times. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a small area for improvement."
