"Buyer beware! We had a disasterous experience with this property. Had a 5 night booking (made 2 months in advance) but night of arrival got to property only to find someone else occupying it. Neither we nor Expedia could reach the proprietor despite leaving several voicemails and emails. Neighbors said this happens a lot with this property and they help a lot of stranded travelers. "It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served.
