My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00 Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poor"

The hotel is being used to house asylum seekers who have made this their home by using the the corridors as children's play areas (a bike race at 10pm) with screaming kids and adults arguing. "Pretty rough area of Rotherham. No check in desk or reception. Email was the only communication. Tiny slim duvets and very small pillow which had a hair on it, however the owner did arrive with 2 extra pillows and seemed like a nice guy. Sink was blocked. Heating was poor as it was a cold winters night and we had to keep dressed to stay warm. Recommend only to use if you have a very low budget. ...

"First impressions on driving up were worrying, as the exterior is poor, with the front littered with cigarette butts, and no parking (a sign on the wall would be helpful as it look as though you can park there). The room though was a good size & very clean with a good shower, plenty of channels on the TV including streaming. had a good nights sleep which is the main thing though so that's okay "
