"Tiniest room I’ve ever slept in. Bathroom was even smaller which was hard with the shower because water got everywhere. But the views were amazing and made it all so worth it. Location was great as well "

"My daughter and I stayed one night here. Very easy to get to with onsite parking for only £7.50 for 24 hours. We left the car and a 10’minute walk took us into the centre of Edinburgh. Very quick check in process with great staff. We had a large room on the ground floor overlooking the river. Superb facilities. Free WiFi and tea and coffee (with shortbread). The room had a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Plenty of storage too. The only negative (very minor) was the light from the wine fridge...

"Fabulous location, room and facilities. Only slight peeve was no mini bar in the room and two complimentary tiny shortbread biscuits in refreshment tray. Tesco express within 100 metres resolved this. Stayed over six nations Rugby and although hotel full to capacity no fall in level of service. "

"Stayed here for the weekend for my partner's birthday, the room was lovely and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Complimentary access to the pool was great and so were the facilities. Will definitely be staying again, thanks a lot for having us! "
