"Overall the place was good. Kitchen is smaller than we thought and the dishwasher was hard to use. The panel on the front of the dishwasher was too long so you couldn't open it all the way to fill and empty properly. There was no extra hand soap in the bathrooms or bin bags in the kitchen which made cleaning a challenge.Location was fabulous and communication with the owner was great and easy. Overall nice place. Would stay again."

"We loved Linlithgow and location of the flat. Finding the flat however, required running around that entire apartment complex area looking for the unit number. Parking was available luckily. The flat itself was comfortable to sleep. Bedrooms were nicely decorated. Kitchen amenities were adequate but I would encourage adding paper towelS Or adding more dish towels. "Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"Getting in was easy, and the view from the lounge room is amazing. We had a bit of an issue with the heating as it turned out the boiler was off, but once we got that sorted we were never cold. The heating (which was really needed due to the snow) was very efficient, and the towel rail in the bathroom was always warm. A few things were easily rectified - no ice tray, soap or wine glasses but plenty of other cleaning products. Good selection of cooking equipment and the oven was sparkling clean....
