"The property is clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, courteous, helpful, and responsive to most any reasonable request. There was a nice selection of meals and the food was prepared well. Now that there are different menus for those choosing the inclusive meal plan or the breakfast only plan. A variety of activities are available such as kayaking or paddle boarding. There is a small protected beach and a saltwater swimming pool. You can also swim in the open cove. Boats can be hired to visit the other nearby islands or go snorkeling. The island is walkable during the day. The are several other resorts within easy walking or kayak distance that you're free to visit to expand some activities or meet other people. We spent 3 days that were relaxing but not boring."

"We stayed here for 6 nights, and enjoyed our time here. Although the rooms are a bit dated and worn, we didn’t expect 5 star amenities and it met our needs for the price. The hotel is very well managed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and the menu is varied enough so that there are always a few things that that you might choose to eat. Also the prices are reasonable for an island hotel. This place does not see the hordes of daytrippers the hotels on the north shore get, so it’s rather peaceful. We had a superior king room that was very comfortable, with good AC (highly recommend AC; it’s pretty hot here). Our only recommendation to the hotel is that they invest in comfortable chairs for the dining area, and provide cushions for the pool loungers."
