If you want to get off the beach at a decent time, get in line for the ferry not long after 4:00. Also, book dinner early in the day through the concierge. We only had a problem one night, but that was only for one restaurant and there were other options that worked well. And nothing to do with the resort, but BOOK YOUR BIO BAY TOUR BEFORE YOUR TRIP! They fill up fast. Also, Viejo San Juan (an hour from the resort by taxi) is well worth the trip just to see the Castillo San Felipe del Morro. "
