"Host (john)was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and helpful .when out of his way to make your stay pleasant. He even made me eggs benedict for breakfast. Will definitely be staying again. "

"Fab location with stunning view from the breakfast room. Near enough to walk into Coniston main town within 5-10 minutes. Great that parking was available. Pub just across the road serving good food. Tracey was friendly and amenable. Great breakfast. Compact room but perfectly adequate. "
