"Property has a lovely large bed. Kitchen is a good size as is sitting room. Steps up to front door. Settee not so comfortable for over 70s. Bathroom small and no shelf. Had to put electric toothbrushes and teeth cleaning stuff in kitchen. Put mirror for drying hair on dining table as no facility in bedroom. Windows were dirty inside and out. Door to outside at back dirty as was front door. Shower cubicle and ceiling were mouldy. Bathroom door touch points dirty."
