"The claim to fame of this hotel is based on the fact that 15-year old Mozart stayed there for 2 weeks with his father in 1771. Nothing changed much there since (except for plumbing, of course). 3 rooms on each floor facing the street were obviously intended for the important guests and still are furnished accordingly, while other rooms facing inner yard were for the servants, coachmen, maids etc. Hotel serves only standard breakfast in the magnificent ballroom under subdued soundtrack of, or...

"Beautiful palazzo overlooking Piazza as described by other reviews. Slight negative is the check in. We travel with internet but not necessarily mobile roaming, and check in requires phone calls for access when staff are offsite. Thankfully a local in the building helped us 😀 but was a bit awkward. Overall lovely place clean and modern, full of character. Would love to stay again. Thanks"

"Check in was a challenge as lady did not speak english. Had to revert to using google translate to check in. The property was chic. The restaurant opposite is very good ! and book in advance. The breakfast options were limited. With some basic changes this place could be so much better."

"Great hotel, very central. We had a big room Which was comfortable and quiet. There are 2 parts to the hotel and we were ‘over the road’ which was fine for us but just an fyi for those less mobile. Staff were very friendly. "
