Worst stay in years. Expedia shows it has Air/Con - it does not. At checkin I asked if the room had A/C and was told to my face YES. In the room it was baking. I asked reception to turn it on as it was switched off and they said they would. I called again 10 minutes later and they said they would. After 20 minutes I called again and just got rude "open the window as there is an electrical fault so it cannot be turned on" with clearly no intention of enabling the Air/Con. The following morning I was told the A/C was switched to heating and so could not be turned on. So reception had been bare faced lying. I contacted expedia and was further fobbed off leading to an offer of moving to another hotel, at 1am ? Really ? Based on inaccurate information. Not wanting to move at this time I agreed to a discount to stay. In order to open the window and let in slightly cooler air you have to have the curtains wide open due to their installation. The room is directly in front of reception and the front so the lights lit up the entire room. As the windows are open I ended up with bites all over me but to be fair this could have been bugs in the mattress given the state of them. The bathroom was disgusting, the edges of the shower had mould all over them, the floor was black with grime between the tiles. There were hairs in the shower. The hairdryer was damaged. During the night it rained, with the window open I got the full benefit of the rain on the large plastic roof skylights.

Staff friendly. Pool was clean but sun beds had to be reserved in advance. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean and the family room was enormous however air on is a bit weedy!

Great value hotel.
A quick overnight stop on a motorcycle tour. Clean, spacious air conditioned rooms with plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of choice. Great value at around £40 per night including breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

The Travellers
Huge site with plenty of outdoor room beside a very large built area. Parking secure and more than adequate. Hotel obviously of a certain age but all still well maintained and comfortable. We were en route and did not leave the hotel to explore eating options. Slightly let down by the restaurant side which I would guess may be a franchise in a building slightly away from the hotel. Otherwise all good but please have the piano in the lobby tuned!!!

My stay was really good. The receptionists were really friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The other staff around the hotel such as the cleaning staff and lifeguard were also very friendly. Our room was clean and tidy, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom were nice and there was a big wardrobe to fit all of our clothes in, the view from our room was really lovely which was an added bonus. The wife worked really well, it was fast and even worked down by the pool. The breakfast was nice, a nice variety of food, everything was tasty and labelled in Italian and English which made it easy understand what you were getting. The pool was lovely, very clean and always sun loungers available, and the fresh towels given to us to use were a nice touch. The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants and shops a few minutes walking distance away. The hotel was quite and peaceful, no noise coming from the outside, which meant we had a good night sleep every night. In summary, I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
