When I booked the stay nothing states that the pool and hot tub were not included with my purchase. The property has three pool of I'm not mistaken. One should be available for everyone. It's hard to get food in this area, and the food on the property is only part of the packages.BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BOOK. Also Expedia customer are supposed to receive a spa treatment of some sort that was a joke. All we received was a facial packet. "
