"Property is exactly as advertised. Great view, clean rooms, every kitchen item you could need. A family group of 7 was very comfortable with the 4 bedrooms and common areas. Eric kept in contact to ensure we had everything we needed and Tony (on island) was very helpful. Even though the drive in was a little bumpy, it was very doable each day. The property was very quiet and private but only 15 minutes to restaurants and shopping. And, did I mention the view!"

"Our multi-generational family of 7 stayed at this property for Spring Break, and each of us loved it! The location is great, just minutes from the airport, and a central location for exploring both sides of the island. It's also right next to the Exuma sign, which makes for a great landmark. Despite the central location and the public parking nearby, the house felt very private, and we rarely saw another person on the beach (which is gorgeous!). Tim's on the Bay is a short walk away for food and drinks, if you desire (but beware the drinks are quite strong!).With 5 bedrooms, each of our children was able to have their own room, which they appreciated! 3 bathrooms means some have to share, including one bedroom that does not have direct access to a bathroom.The house is very well-stocked with everything you need, including multiple kayaks and so much outdoor seating, we never even had the opportunity to enjoy all of the different lounge spots! The espresso maker, ice maker, and water dispenser were welcomed amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the house is quiet and comfortable.All in all, we loved our stay at Villa Oceania and would not hesitate to return again!"

The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. Despite being less than a mile from the airport, we never heard a single plane. I highly recommend this amazing property! "

"great property! Staff were super nice and helped us book our full day excursion to the pigs, sharks, sandbar, and more. Having the splash bar restaurant on site was great to come back and end the day conviently and uniquely for dinner. beach side cottage was great, although we only had a partial ocean view and if I were to book again I might choose the more affordable cottages on the other side of the street. "

"Right on the beach in a quiet part of the island. It's a family-run resort, and Betty, Margaret, and Amos made us feel welcome and at home. You can snorkel and kayak right off the beach. If you, like me and my wife, are happy to accept rustic facilities in exchange for a great price, a fantastic location, and a quiet friendly family-run atmosphere, this is the place for you. We had a rental car, and I highly recommend that for a stay of longer than a few days."
