"Want to thank the night worker (big guy) that let us stay in the warm hotel at 3am in the morning instead of letting my wife and I sit outside in 4 degrees cold. He was kind enough to provide wifi password learning that we had made a booking but wasn't time for check-in yet Thanks. Hotel was awesome. And great service all round"
