"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

"A perfectly peaceful place to stay. Lots of walks direct from the door. Amberfold had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. And we even got to see a deer from the front door! Would love to come back to do the rest of the serpent trail. Hosts were great and unobtrusive, but checked to see we were settled."

"The bungalow was very spacious and is located very close to a park and fields for dog walking and is about a 20 minute walk to the beach.The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of minor problems but once notified, he came quickly to sort things out for us. We would definitely stay there again."

"Stayed for afew days for a wedding, our stay also included New Years eve. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us with more space than we were expecting. We had a great time playing games and sitting round the log fire talking. The wi-fi was also good which was great for streaming movies etc. The weather was a bit wild when we were there so we didnt get the most from the walks that are on the door step. Good communication from Susie throughout our stay. Would certainly stay again. "

"The directions were accurate so we easily found the property and parking was more than adequate. It is on a very regularly used road so traffic noises were a minor issue. We were greeted by a very helpful and convivial host who lived on site so was readily available, (but not obtrusively so), to answer queries. The cottage was cosy and met our short stay needs well; we particularly enjoyed sitting reading by the log burner! Thank you Janet. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful short break with our dog in this beautiful property. Spacious, light and well-equipped. Stunning bathroom, great kitchen and the wood burner and underfloor heating meant we were warm and cosy on a frosty weekend. Within easy reach of beautiful West Wittering beach, Chichester and the fabulous Runcton Farm Shop. Laura was very helpful, especially when we encountered problems with the boiler and she ensured it was rectified promptly. Thank you."

"A true paradise. Tucked away in a peaceful rural setting about 1.5 hours from London, this property felt like stepping into another world—quiet, lush, and full of life. The greenery is absolutely breathtaking, and the surrounding forest teems with wildlife. Every second we spent here was pure joy. "The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. My complaint was about the absurd noises and door slamming coming from flats neighboring mine. The noises subsided but for the duration of my week’s long stay, they never fully ceased.
