"I'm not good at English, but the staff politely answered my questions using the translation function on their smartphones. The room was not dirty either. The area around the hotel could be called a slum. The shower had a water heater, but there was no hot water."

"Great location! Although my air con didn’t work so always check that but was moved no problem. The rooftop pool is amazing and the space is great it’s worth staying here again definitely just check your air con as you will need it! Hot! "

"No problems with the stay. Room was spacious with 3 beds for a family of 5, and we did not notice excessive street noise, as some reviews have observed. Kids enjoyed the various pools. "

"The hotel in general is nicely located. There is a mall and when you come out of the hotel at the back, there are several restaurants, and fastfoods including KFC, McD, Popeye and NY Pizza. Restaurants close by are Japanese, Korean and Filipino and Italian dishes are mostly at the Newport Mall can be walking distance. Otherwise, there’s a free shuttle both ways to the mall and back. Only negative comment I have is that they should clean the bathroom floor better. The hotel also changed their offer of breakfast with the room with no additional charge. "
