"I boooked a single room, for single person (only me) It was written in the reservation that (a single room with twin bed) and I choosed the room according to this, even in my booking showing twin bed, BUT they refused to give me room with twin bed as my booking, and gave me room with single bed, I usually choose the room with twin bed even I'm travelling alone to be more comfortable, but they gave me other room, I was busy with business didn't have time to go search for other hotel No...

"Great location, steps away from the main station and right next to many late night food options. My check in process didn't go as smoothly with the cold front desk guy, but the situation was quickly resolved. The Asian woman who manages the hotel was such a sweet and hospitable person and made my stay feel more welcoming. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Ameron. The room was extremely comfortable and the service was excellent. I did not experience the meals during my stay, so I’m not able to give a review based on that. But for everything else, it was a definite joy. Even though it was away from the shopping districts, it was very easy to get there using the tram. Thank you Ameron! "
