The updates in the rooms were nice, room were clean and the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a plus the hotel being located directly behind the hotel was a bonus as well although it was too cold but we enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious The Blue Moon bar and grill was about 5 minutes from the hotel their food was phenomenal as well as the atmosphere We would definitely come back here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"5th stay here. Experience was great as always just a few noisy neighbors above us but thats expected. Its is a pet friendly hotel so you may hear a dog bark here or there."

"I was coming off a high stress situation and needed a break. Shutters on the Bank was perfect! I got a Junior Suite in the tower with a balcony overlooking the ocean. I was able to completely de-stress. Housekeeping was present without being intrusive. And the off season prices were pretty terrific too."
