Some things i would add would be a canopy for the deck for day time sitting. Things i didn't like was the walk to the beach it wasn't a far walk but up a hill loose sand with my back problems made it a little uncomfortable. It was cozy and quiet not being on the main strip which made enjoyable to sit outside in the deck at night. Our biggest complaint is the mattresses. The bedroom on the front of the house felt like the springs were completely shot when you laid on them.
