"This property was not very clean and there were several problems. The first problem was the property was under construction. There was nails, screws building material all over the driveway and porch to enter the house. Once in the house there were no towels, toilet paper"

"The cabin was cozy, even in the negative temperatures. The location was beautiful and quiet, and we were able to go to the RMNP daily to play in the snow and explore. The stairs were a little treacherous and shaky, but that would be my only complaint. Great little A-frame"

"Property was great and Just as we expected. Sofa bed was broken, but we didn’t need it. Hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the spare room was freezing. Move the end table and uncover the register. "

"The cabin was very nice and a good location but was short on kitchen supplies. . There were no large plates to put things on, we had a group of 8 people with just 8 plates and bowls, no extras to use for other things, no extra cups and very limited glasses. Only one cookie sheet and mixing bowls and no storage containers. We had just come from a different place we rented in Golden which was much better equipped."

"The property was beautiful and as described and the lake was amazing to wake up to every morning! The hosts were great and responded to all of our questions and messages. The area is quiet and the provided paddle board and kayak were a great thing to have around. I would recommend and stay here again in the future!"
