"We were in town for a gymnastics meet at the CDA Resort and to visit family. It was just a few minutes away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Super cute and comfortable.The only negative comment would be to have the heat on prior to guests arriving. There was still 4 inches of snow on the ground and the inside of the house was 50 degrees. It took about 6 hours to warm up. Also, steps are needed for the hot tub as it is a bit tricky to get in and out if you are not flexible...

We had our two kids 2 years and 1 year old and it was a great space for them where we felt safe letting them play around the home. It was well baby proofed and had the things we needed for them. "Outstanding! Hoping to book the same property for next year! We had a toilet plug up around 9 p.m. Saturday night. I did not call about it until Sunday morning around 8 a.m. Everything done and go to go by 10:15 a.m. Can't get much better than that. And of course this unit has three toilets so we simply closed that one off until fixed on Sunday morning. Plenty of utensils, spices, creamers, sugar, etc., to meet our needs. "

"Our visit to Coeur d'Alene was one of the most ideal family vacations we could ever imagine. We loved every moment of it and can't wait to go back! The house was perfect for us. There are two bedrooms in the front of the house (both with queen-size mattresses) and one bedroom on the opposite side of the house, facing the backyard (this one has two twin mattresses). The house looked just like the pictures. Cute decor, spacious yard for the kids to play, and comfortable living room to recharge...

"Our stay at this was a great experience. The house is very quaint with a lot of charm. It was great to be in the kitchen while my friends watched TV. The fooseball table was fun along with the Jenga game. It was a chilly weekend so the hot tub kept us cozy warm. The house is located within a 5 minute Uber ride. The host checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this house. "

"We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Communication from our host with timely and thorough. Best we have had in our many rentals. There were so many thoughtful touches to ensure our comfort that we felt we were out of town guests and not renters. The home was spotless and kitchen fully equipped. Parking was a breeze with easy on street access. Will consider this our new “go to” when we are in Spokane. The decor was tasteful and furnishings high end. And best of all….great water...
